"Mom, watch this!" The thumb-sized gift that sends you their ski day
It snaps onto their jacket with a magnet. It films in 4K. And with the Complete Kit, everything is in the box. They open it and they're ready to go.
Some gifts get opened, smiled at, and put in a drawer.
This one gets opened, clipped on, and taken up the mountain.
RYDRCAM PRO is a tiny 4K camera. It fits in the palm of your hand. A magnetic lanyard holds it on their jacket, so they film the whole run without holding a thing.
Last Christmas, Linda bought her son just the camera. It was a good gift. But on Christmas morning there was a pause. No memory card. The first video had to wait.
This year she bought the Complete Kit. Camera, card, case, mounts and handheld mount, all in one box.
"He had it clipped on and filming before we'd finished breakfast. That was the whole point."
Here is why so many people are giving it this year.
1. The unwrap is fun
It comes ready to wrap, with everything in the box. The camera, the mounts, the cases, even the memory card. They open it and they're ready to go.
"Got gifted this little camera. Clip, press, go, it's that easy." — Pete, customer review
2. They see the mountain the way they saw it
The camera films what's in front of them. So the video shows their run from their own view. The snow, the turns, the view from the top. In 4K.
"4K clarity is unreal for such a small device." — C.J., customer review
3. It snaps on with a magnet
The magnetic lanyard goes under the jacket. The camera snaps onto the front. No straps, no helmet mount, no fiddling with gloves on. Then one button, and they ski.
"The magnetic lanyard is really clever with incredible results. The footage looks amazing." — Charlie, customer review
4. Their whole day fits on it
Up to 90 minutes in 4K, or about 2.5 hours in 1080p. The memory card in the kit holds a whole week of runs.
5. It goes where they go
Skiing in winter. Bikes in summer. Vacations in between. The waterproof case works down to 30 meters.
"The multiple attachments make this so easy to use." — A P, customer review
How it works
"Really easy to use. Simplicity is key!"
"Built tough for real adventures. This outperformed my expectations."
